quotes mate im 5-8 i work in halfords bikehut and a specialist bike shop which is the reason i have a bike from halfords and as for the fact why whats wrong with halfords people like you give us a bad name im a cytech level 3 area trainer and have a hell of a lot more knowledge on bikes i know that halfords sizing guide is out thats why i said dont follow them but dont knock halfords and there bikes as you can set a shit bike up perfectly its the the bike its the rider/ mechanice and ps the bike is bang on for me and the seat is up bout 2 inches so yeh shoould fit 5-6
